Lions and elephants kill both respectively 100 humans per year, and surprisingly the hippos is responsible for the death of about 500 people per year. On the other hand, crocodiles are, as expected, higher in the ranking with 1000 deadly attacks per year. The most dangerous species on the planet is actually also the smallest - insects such as flies, worm.s and mosquitoes are the deadliest due to their high potential at transmitting diseases.
